Payment for initial examination and maintenance appointments is due at the time of service.
We accept the following methods of payment:
Checks, Credit Cards, and Insurance. Financing is available through Care Credit and Capital One Healthcare Finance.
To make payment more convenient, we accept the following credit cards:
   
Our office accepts most insurance plans. Please call to see if your insurance is accepted. We have electronic insurance claim submissions. Patients using insurance are expected to pay co-payments and/or deductibles at the time of service.
